Scope

These terms regulate the sale of products purchased on MAUI'S HOME. By placing an order you accept the terms in force at that moment.

Prices and payments

Prices are in euro, VAT included when applicable. Bank transfer and Revolut link payments are accepted. In both cases the order is processed after the payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Typical international shipping 10 to 20 business days. Times may vary for holidays, customs and high-demand periods. Tracking updates by email.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons, except in the cases provided by law for personalised products.

Legal warranty

All products are covered by the 24-month statutory warranty of conformity required by Italian consumer law.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute, the competent court is the consumer's one according to Italian law.
